Cancellations and Payment Policies
At Hair Haven Studio, we uphold our commitment to excellent service by respecting your time and ours. To this end, we kindly request a 48-hour notice to cancel your scheduled appointment. If such notice is not given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file.
In the event of a no-show without any notice, same-day cancellation within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
To reserve an appointment, all clients will be prompted to enter a card on file. We accept cash, venmo, belle, and all major credit cards.
Cash gratuity is preferred but may also be added to the card on file.
Tardiness
We kindly request that you arrive at your appointment on time. In the event that you are running late, please notify us by text message so that we may make any necessary adjustments. However, please note that any client arriving more than 15 minutes late we may need to make adjustments to your appointment to accommodate other scheduled clients or you may be required to reschedule and will be charged for the full service booked.
To ensure that we maintain the privacy of our salon, we kindly request that you remain in your car if you arrive early until the time of your appointment to respect the solo salon experience of our previous clients.
Guest and Child Policy
We are committed to providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients. To ensure that all clients receive the highest level of service and attention, we kindly request that you do not bring any additional guests or children to your appointment.
Our salon is designed to provide a tranquil and serene experience, and we aim to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients. Bringing additional guests or children can be disruptive to this atmosphere and can negatively impact the quality of your service.

Refunds and Adjustments
We aim to exceed your expectations with every visit to our salon. While we do not offer refunds on services or products, we are happy to make minor adjustments within one week of your appointment if you are unhappy with your hair.
