Do you offer complimentary consultations?
A consultation is required before booking your first color appointment. This ensures personalized service by allowing your stylist to understand your hair history, goals, and current hair condition. It helps set realistic expectations, plan properly, and create a look that fits your vision and budget. You can choose an in-person or virtual consultation.
Why do I need to reserve an appointment with a card on file?
A card on file is required to hold your appointment. This reduces no-shows and keeps our schedule running smoothly. Your information is stored securely and will only be charged according to our cancellation policy or after your service. You're welcome to pay with cash, Venmo, Zelle, or a different card at checkout.
Where should I park??
We have our own parking lot to the right of the salon
I have to work on my laptop while I get my hair done, is that allowed?
Absolutely! Instead of working from home, you can work while you get your hair done. Connect to our free wifi, pop in some ear buds and get some work done while you get pampered.
How can I pay?
Cash, card, venmo, zelle.
Am I allowed to bring my children or guests to my appointment?
Do to limited space that we have and to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of service and attention, we kindly request that you do not bring any additional guests or children to your appointment unless they also have an appointment.
Do I need to come in with clean hair?
Please arrive with clean hair, washed within 1–2 days of your appointment. This helps us assess your hair accurately, ensures better color results, and saves time during your visit.
Do you offer refunds?
We aim to exceed your expectations with every visit to our salon. While we do not offer refunds on services or products, we are happy to make minor adjustments within one week of your appointment if you are unhappy with your hair.
