We are an online booking only studio. Online booking offers you the convenience of scheduling your hair appointment anytime, anywhere. If you have been to our salon before and not sure what you need to schedule, feel free to contact us and we will send you a direct link for the appointment of your choice.
Do you offer complimentary consultations?

We require a consultation before booking a first time color appointment and you have the option to select an in person or virtual consultation.
Why do I need to reserve an appointment with a card on file?
Reserving your hair appointment with a card on file helps secure your booking and minimizes no-shows. It ensures a commitment to the scheduled time, allowing our salon to efficiently manage appointments and provide timely service to all clients. Rest assured, your card information is securely stored, and you'll only be charged based on our cancellation policy if necessary. This system helps maintain a balanced schedule, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy a seamless and reliable salon experience.
I want to book an appointment with a friend, how can I do that?
Lauren and Lynda will be working together on Thursdays and Fridays! You can absolutely book with a friend. Just check out our online availability and if we both have the same time slot available you may both book with each of us!
We also have an option on our online system where you can book haircuts together with one stylist at a time, or our ‘relax and rejuvenate” service. You may select that option with the stylist of your choice on our service menu.
Do I need to come in with clean hair?
We kindly request that clients arrive at their hair appointments with clean hair. To ensure the best results during your hair appointment, we kindly request that you wash your hair within 1-2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. This helps us accurately assess your hair's natural condition and color, ensuring the best possible outcome. Clean hair also allows for more vibrant and long-lasting color results. Additionally, it promotes a hygienic environment and saves valuable time during your appointment.
Where exactly are you located?
We are located on Bellevue Avenue, in Langhorne Borough in the Odd Fellows Building directly next to the Historical Langhorne Tavern, right down the street from the lovely Langhorne Coffee House. Our suite is in the very front with the big windows and pink curtains.
Where can I park?
We have free parking all around. You may park in the lot next to our salon, in the back of the building or in the lot across the street. There is also free street parking on Bellevue.
Where exactly are you located?
We are located on Bellevue Avenue, in the Odd Fellows Building directly next to the Historical Langhorne Tavern, right down the street from the lovely Langhorne Coffee House.
I have to work on my laptop while I get my hair done, is that allowed?
Absolutely! Instead of working from home, you can work from Hair Haven! Connect to our free wifi, pop in some ear buds and get some work done while you get pampered. You may even opt into a ‘silent appointment” option when you book online so you can truly focus without any interruptions. Tuesdays and Wednesday’s, there is only one stylist working, so if you have virtual meetings, you may also partake in them while you get your hair done..
How can I pay?
We accept cash, all credit cards, zelle and venmo.
Am I allowed to bring my children or guests to my appointment?
We are committed to providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients. Do to the smaller space that we have and to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of service and attention, we kindly request that you do not bring any additional guests or children to your appointment unless they also have an appointment.
Our salon is designed to provide a tranquil and serene experience, and we aim to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for all clients. Bringing additional guests or children can be disruptive to this atmosphere and can negatively impact the quality of your service. Exceptions can be discussed, please contact us prior to your appointment
Do you offer refunds?
We aim to exceed your expectations with every visit to our salon. While we do not offer refunds on services or products, we are happy to make minor adjustments within one week of your appointment if you are unhappy with your hair.
